Your unique experience will begin with your first step into the Captain's Courtyard where you can take a picture with Captain Pabst. From there you'll move into the Guest Center where the original organized tours started over 70 years ago. And of course, no tour would be complete without enjoying an ice cold Pabst in historical Blue Ribbon Hall.

Big Bay Brewing Company was founded in 2010 and produces a handful of beers and two brands of soda. Their tasting room in Shorewood is a great way to experience all the offerings from Milwaukee's newest brewery.

Started in 1987, the microbrewery located on the Milwaukee River has become a Milwaukee landmark. Its rich history includes partnerships with local taverns, preservation of local historical pieces, unique tours, family style dining options and most importantly, great beer.

Sprecher Brewing Co. was founded in 1985 by Randal Sprecher, formerly a brewing supervisor at Pabst Brewing Company. Sprecher's root beer was named the Best in America by the New York Times
in 2007.

Milwaukee Brewing Company started in 1996 in the basement of a farmhouse in Cedarburg by two Milwaukee area home brewers. With limited resources and unlimited delicious beer ideas, Milwaukee Brewing Company opened it's Milwaukee Ale House in 1997 in Milwaukee's Third Ward. Their 2nd Street Brewery opened in 2008.

MillerCoors' Milwaukee Brewery, one of the world's largest breweries, sits on land originally purchased by Miller founder Frederick J. Miller in 1855. Some 800 employees work round-the-clock here, producing 10 million barrels every year.

Wisconsin's first distillery since prohibition, Great Lakes Distillery is a small-batch distillery located in Milwaukee. They hand-craft award winning distilled spirits in limited quantities using old world methods and traditions.
